Operation description: The operation covers the area of e-exchange among partners (from the necessary ecosystem, e-invoices, to the e-exchange itself), establishment of digital Showrooms, a website in two foreign languages (English and German) with appropriate analytics, product-sales video, and a series of trainings and workshops for the use of new models in foreign business operations, for upgrading competencies required for e-business, understanding digitization and Industry 4.0 as an important element of value chain integration.

Purpose and objectives of the operation: The purpose of the operation is to improve the competitiveness of the company through modern electronic presence in foreign markets and providing electronic support to partners in foreign markets. The aim is to improve the digital presence of the company through the website and Showrooms, provide content for the mentioned portals – especially product-sales videos, establish electronic data exchange with customers, and train employees to use new approaches, understand value creation through Industry 4.0 in foreign business operations, and marketing using modern e-tools.

Financial support: The operation is partially funded by the EU, namely from the European Regional Development Fund. The operation is carried out within the framework of the Operational Program for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy for the period 2014-2020. The total value of the operation is EUR 53,303.45, with co-financing amounting to EUR 30,000.

Operation results: With the help of the operation, we have comprehensively upgraded the e-business of Beti d.d. and made a step forward in the field of e-support to our customers. In the current circumstances of the Covid19 pandemic, this kind of support is even more important. The website has been supplemented with the German language. Digital Showrooms have been established, where our existing and potential customers can access product catalogs, videos, and other materials. All conditions for EDI are established on our website, and the first customers have already started using it. Above all, we have raised competencies and trained employees to use new tools and approaches, also from the perspective of Industry 4.0.
